Hello there! - to whoever still follows me after my mysterious disappearance, haha. 

If anyone has noticed my last post was my birthday which was October last year. A lot has happened since then. It’s funny how at my “about me” monologue, it still says i’m still fifteen. Anyhoo, i’m sixteen now and heaps of stuff has occurred. AMAZING STUFF.

Ever since my birthday, my year has been super busy. I was hoping that when summer started i would update again but i never knew summer would be even more packed! Seriously. I’m barely home. So I will really try to share my adventures to the world, little by little in my spare time.

I shall try to update photos and recount my stories of these events, soon. :) For now, I shall make most of every bit of what’s left of summer. Singapore here i come!

(Still quite speechless)

How do I start to describe how awesome today was? I don’t think I’ll ever be able to express my happiness and gratitude through words. Well… I’ll try. Here I go, haha.

I went to school thinking it was just a normal day. We were having our National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) today. From the moment I arrived at school everyone was acting weird. :)) Anyhoo, when I arrived upstairs they sang a short happy birthday song to me! :) and i was surprised since my birthday is tomorrow :) But i didn’t know what i was in for later that day. 

It was lunch time when Raf went up to me and said, “I need to pee.” I was like, “ooooookay. haha”. Then he asked if we could go to the bathroom together with Jeline and Ino. I wasn’t surprised that they took long, talking casually and stuff. So I didn’t suspect a thing. When we went down, at the back where we usually eat I was surprised to see lots of people and these people including Trixie and Trina, who usually eat up at front. They were all huddled and then that’s when they revealed the chocolate cake that had “61” candles. They started singing and I just stood there so shocked with my mouth wide open. 

I honestly didn’t know what to do, I was so…… cannot find the words to describe it.:)) Then Trixie gave me a present(canvas, for my future painting), and a 2 page handwritten letter and a story about me? haha:)) Then we had fun eating cake, then Gabby suddenly put chocolate icing on my face. Then that’s when the riot started:)) Everyone was chasing each other to put chocolate on their faces. We all had, except Micah. I chased her while she made a run for it and JT followed, too. After the long and hard chase, we finally got chocolate on her nose! :) (Sorry moder) Also, I Practically hugged everyone!after the surprise haha

After lunch we headed up to continue our NCAE, and while waiting in line fathaa(Jason) came up to me and gave a bag of Starbucks containing two cakes (blueberry cheesecake and cinnamon something) from him and moder(Micah). You wouldn’t believe how overwhelmed(in an absolawesome way) I was. 

Just when I thought it was over, my bandmates still had a trick up their sleeves. We were supposed to stay overtime in school to practice for our club performance. While waiting for the music room to open, Ino gave me an origami rose and birthday card from Adi(his little brother). It was so sweet and HE’S SO PRO AT MAKING ORIGAMI!! I love that little boy! and Raf, Ino and I had a group hug. Though JT wasn’t there so we did a second one when he arrived. 

I went to my other classmates to get something then when I got back to the music room I found my bandmates sitting their with their guitars and I sat down with them. I thought we were about to practice when they started to play another song. They sang the song Jasey Rae by All Time Low to me. The whole song I was just sitting there dumbfounded with a big childish grin that I couldn’t wipe off my face. They sounded soo AWESOME! When they were done all I could do was run and hug them each. Then they sang a little more of All Time Low songs while waiting for Kio(Ino’s younger brother). Then we practiced. Had so much fun! Btw,(First time to learn by ear on the piano without Ino teaching me, haha. It took a couple of tries and I only know super little of the first part but hey, its a start) 

Until now there is still this big and freaky grin I cannot wipe off my face. The events of today just about made my heart melt. This is the best sweet sixteen everr! This was my first ever surprise birthday, first time to ever receive this amount of cakes and gifts, first to ever be sung to and first time ever to receive so much love and surprises in just a span of a day. I will never forget this day! And the funny thing is, my birthday hasn’t even officially started, and now it’s only 55 minutes away from October 1.

The best part is, there’s a part two celebration tomorrow on the day itself! Gonna have breakfast with Trixie and Trina in the morning. Then at lunch time we(Raf,Ino -Micah and JT and Qnr and Miggy are not sure) are going to Serenitea then drink it on the way to Ino’s house. Then from then on, we go crazy :)) 

 You only turn sixteen once, and this is the way to spend it. 

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH GOD FOR EVERYTHING! You’ve been nothing but good to me! :) I love You! And THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WAS A PART OF TODAY, even the ones who didn’t even know it was my birthday tomorrow, thank you for greeting me!:) Means the world to me! I cannot tell you guys how thankful I am to be blessed with such awesome people surrounding me. I still sit and wonder what I ever did to deserve my family, my friends and all the blessings I receive. I am forever grateful! I LOVE YOU ALL! HEAPS AND HEAPS! RIVERS AND RIVERS OF CHOCOLATE!! :) 

This is a super late blog, as the concert was September 22, 2011. My friend won a contest to interview All Time Low and she asked me to help her with the questions. So i went to my bandmates who are fans and who were also going to the concert. I was excited for all of them and as I was about to go home, I remembered my number (we surrender our cellphones in the high school office and they give us little laminated numbers to claim it at the end of the day) was with my friend. So I ran to his bus just as he was about to leave and he said it was with my other friend. So I ran back inside the school and found him and he gave me my number and suddenly asked if I wanted to go to the concert for free because he got free extra tickets. This is the part where my jaw just dropped and stayed like that for the longest time. 

…….. We met up at school and headed for RX then Araneta :) Even the car ride was so much fun already, what more the concert! We ate at Taco Bell before we found our seats. My first time in my life to eat there, by the way (loser i know). Anyhoo, when we got inside the coliseum I was shocked as the dude was assisting us to our seats and WE WERE SO CLOSE TO THE STAGE!! We were in the fifth row. 

……….Typecast was the opening act. THEN ALL TIME LOW CAME OUT!!! The show as a whole was awesome!! WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW AWESOME IT WAS!! the crowd was crazy! even all time low said so themselves. “Best show of their career” :”>

I’ve only been to two concerts btw. (Paramore and All Time Low)

I’m not only blessed to know one of the prettiest, smartest and strongest women in the world, but I also get to call her my mom. My heart emits an overflowing amount of warm, unconditional, and unfathomable emotion for you! = i love you. very, very, very much. 

And because its your birthday, im giving you the honor of being on my profile picture. LOL just kidding momma! i kid, i kid.HAHA! love you!

Stay Absolawesomely Epic Mother Dearest!:)

I gave my mother a 2-page-yellow-pad letter, filled with my small hand writing :)) I poured my heart and soul in that letter. I gave it to her earlier before she left for work. She sent me a text saying ” Omg your letter made me cry! Im crying in Mcdo, its embarrassing. :)) i have the best daughter in the world. If i didnt have you when i was young my life would probably be a mess, so having you actually saved me. Dont worry, things are going to get better for us okay? I love you!”

Her reply made my heart melt. I was crying when I wrote that letter at 12:30, the other night, and now Im crying again. :)) But me crying is not a surprise, though my mother, yes. You have no idea how hard it is to make her cry with touchy cheesy lovey stuff. So….. Goal achieved! lol just kidding! Im touched that my letter gave such an impact to her. I hope she knows that I meant every single word I stated in that letter. No other words can express how I feel right now but, simply, I love my mom very much.

I feel so blessed right now that there’s heaps of water trying to escape from my eyes. 

EPICLY ABSOLAWESOME DAY. Nuff said.

After two years of trying to find this book, its finally within my grasp. It was only yesterday when I received a message from my best friend Trixie saying, “I know you’ll possibly slap me because of my hardheadedness… but.. you liked the Perks of being a wallflower cover with lotsa words on the cover, right?” and I replied, “yeah….. why? (you scaring me)”. “Would you kill me if I told you I bought you one yesterday? last copy at powerbooks makati. *cough*” ,was her reply that left me in awe, with my big mouth wide open. 

This morning she surprised me by waiting at the gate of our school, to give me the book when I arrive. There was this big freaky smile that I couldn’t wipe of my face for the rest of the day, (until now, actually). We were even more hyper and crazy today than the usual. To the point that we’d get countless stares from our teachers because of our snickers and talkativeness during class, but it was worth it! At one point, I was practically crying and laughing at the same time, I’m still trying to figure out how that could be <—- partly quoting The Perks of Being A Wallflower, even though I haven’t read it yet. I really have one of the best friends ever! Not because she buys me stuff, but its the thought of the surprises and simply… our friendship. Even if she’d surprise me with a battered piece of paper that had the most retarded note and drawing in the universe, it would still mean the world to me. Even if she just stood there, I’d be happy. 

All day I’ve been itching to read the book, which I have been waiting for two years! But as soon as I got home, I grabbed it out of my bag and just held it in my hands, staring for about 30 minutes. I try to let it sync in. That I have the bestest friend ever. That I finally have my long awaited book. That soon enough, I’ll be able to get a whiff of the ‘new book scent’ my mom and I love. That I’d be able to feel the crisp of the new pages. That I can learn so much from this book. And that I can simply enjoy it. 

A part of me wants to read it right away and finish it tonight, though the other part wants me to be patient and savor every word. But for now, I’ll focus on letting it sync in. I know this might be such an overreaction to something as silly as a book, you may think. But I don’t care. I’m happy to know the fact that I take much delight in the littlest things. Its nice to have a feeling of content in your heart despite everything you think you may lack. And believe me I lack a lot of things that should be a basic necessity. But I feel very blessed despite everything and I am sincerely filled with joy. :)

Before I babble on even further, I must get back to doing homework and to stop boring the people who read my blog, (if there is any). Thanks HEAPS Ziggy(Trixie)! I hope I can be even half as good as a friend you are! Love yew! :-* >:D<

I shall post a blog of my thoughts on the book, as soon as I finish it. :)

• goal: sell 8 bottles a day.
• today’s first day trial: got 12 orders. 4 more than my goal(great head start)
• Spanish lintehas for dinner. yummmmmmm.
• now that i’ve had my fill of food, study mode is on.
• i vow to work my brain off to ace the exams! 
• motivation reward: Serenitea(MilkTea), a book(The Perks of Being A Wallflower) and art supplies - simple joys.
